Two massive block parties on two separate nights begins this Friday with the first block party of its kind! Rouge and Heights offers Bay Area partiers 2 fully stocked bars surrounded by 20 VIP booths, two dance floors and two popular DJs, two short blocks from each other. You won't have to settle with the either the classic cool Rouge or sexy chic Heights; have them both with the price of one single admission! Come out this Friday; consider it a warm up for what we have in store for you Saturday ;)
